The Climbskin File is made from a high quality length of curved wood and features sandpaper pads on either side so that you can file away damaged skin and calluses from your fingers or hands. 

There is a rough sand paper on one side for large build ups and a smooth sandpaper on the opposite side for more accurate filing.

It comes supplied with 4 extra replacement sandpapers, 2 rough, 2 smooth.
