Step 1: unfold your crampon

Step 2: Position the bail in the dedicated hole (suited for your shoe size)

Step 3: take the ankle strap and pass it around the wire

Step 4: Pull on it until full extraction

step 5: Spread the wire again with the strap to replace it properly
